Having sold aircraft over 25 years, I have heard every one of these things, and they don't work...Number 10 will get you penaties, plus the audits you never saw coming from every agency in town!

To avoid sales and use taxes, you need a clear path to legally do it...anything else is a disaster waiting to happen.

These 10 are just the Top Ten bad ideas.

Every aircraft and it's operation will leave a trace somewhere. We see the traces of aircraft operation with all our customers no matter how large or small. Taxing authorities have resources that will result in an inquiry and assessment sooner or later. Maybe penalties to boot. Get professional aviation tax help before hand.

Owners use professional maintenance, avionics installers and flight training because it saves time and money in the long run. And, is the right thing to do.

Do the same with the Tax Professionals for your aircraft!

Don't try to beat a tyrant at his own game. Especially if the tyrant has the power to cross legal, moral and ethical lines to get to you. That's just not smart.
